CEO & Co-Owner
Max Jones is CEO and co-owner of Kalamunda Plumbing, a family run business, now including its third generation, and which continues to offer a long-held family Tradition of delivering Service Excellence.
Max brings a considerable sense of family heritage and pride to his Company Leadership position. He is a loyal, conscientious, and hard working individual who has a reputation for an ethical and high quality work standard, and a “never-say-die” attitude towards the inevitable setbacks experienced in life and in business.

- Certified for Domestic Grey Water Recycling

Max is passionate about his home town and the Hills, the iconic business he inherited, the plumbing industry in general, and apprenticeship training in particular. Many will recognise the caricature above, as it has been used extensively in Company advertising since 1993, and many customers comment that Max looks just like it.
In 2013 Max was recognised as Business Person of the Year by the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce and in 2017 was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Master Plumbers Association of WA.
CHRIS JONES
Operations Manager
Chris Jones is Operations Manager and a third generation family member of Kalamunda Plumbing.
Chris completed his plumbing apprenticeship in 2010 and has since achieved Certificate 3 in Frontline Management and a Certificate in Monitoring a Safe Workplace. He also has achieved a Certificate 4 in Training that has, in the past, enabled him to work part-time as a TAFE College instructor.
Chris achieved the all important Plumbing Contractor’s Licence early in his career, as well a Restricted Electrical Workers Licence. He also has Certifications in Enviro West Sustainability in Plumbing, and Backflow Prevention.
He also holds various High Risk Work Licenses, including Working Safely at Heights, Safe Operation of a High Pressure Jetter, as well as Asbestos Handling and Disposal.
Chris is responsible for ensuring that our Customer Service and Installation Teams work safely, and comply with all Industry Standards & Codes, and that customers receive the best in Service Excellence by also working closely with our Call Centre Team.

Rochelle Jones
Customer Service Manager
Rochelle Feehan (Jones) is our Customer Service Manager and another third generation family member of Kalamunda Plumbing.
Rochelle has achieved various qualifications over the course of her career, including Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Certificate 3 in Frontline Management, as well as a Certificate in Monitoring a Safe Workplace.
More recently she has completed a Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping and Accounting. Rochelle was going to take up plumbing & gas-fitting at one stage and completed the first 18 months of a four year apprenticeship, before deciding that business administration was more her thing.
Rochelle’s key responsibility is Job Scheduling and ensuring that our Service Teams are well organised and arrive on time and that Kalamunda Plumbing continues to provide an Exceptional Customer Experience. She also has responsibility for HR and payroll administration.
