Kalamunda Plumbing is a well-established, multi-award-winning industry leader in the residential Hot Water Breakdown and Plumbing Maintenance sectors. The service we provide makes a significant difference to our customers and their families, and the duties our Team Members perform are satisfying and rewarding.
We are seeking a mature minded, confident, and patient applicant with Call Centre / Customer Service experience (Tradie Office experience will be highly regarded).
As a vital member of our Customer Service Team, you must have:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
- Demonstrated advanced computer and MS Office skills.
- Be organised, punctual, and have a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work well within a close-knit team environment.
- Have an A class driver’s licence, and safe driving history.
- And be able to provide a Police Clearance.
The role involves:
- Assisting with inbound enquiries (walk-ins, telephone and email enquiries, and website contacts).
- Communicating with clients / site occupants, tradies, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Following up and following through, to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and experience.
- Assist with the management of our Facebook page, and other Direct Marketing campaigns.
- Site visits in Company car to capture images of Team Members at work.
- Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
- Provide support to our Service Coordinator and Dispatcher.
- Manage the office housekeeping.
Desirable Criteria
- Prior work experience in a Tradie office environment.
- Ability to work Saturday mornings once or twice a month.
- Familiarity or experience with Job Scheduling Programs.

This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday – Friday, plus Saturday mornings shared on a roster basis.
