Adam Gibb (“Gibbo”)
Hot Water Technician
Adam started working in the plumbing industry in 1996 as an apprentice at Kalamunda Plumbing. Over the years Adam has built up an impressive skill base, including working on “new builds” for Active Plumbing and Boeing Plumbing, as well as on a broad range of residential and commercial maintenance work and water heater replacements. Adam “cut his teeth” on solar water heater installations across a range of brands and as a consequence is one of Perth’s most experienced and practical Solar Water Heater Sales Consultants.
Adam’s primary responsibility at Kalamunda Plumbing is for management of Plumbing Installation Projects including the likes of solar, gas and electric water heater installations, major upgrades of hot and cold water services, bathroom and laundry renovations, major upgrades of drain pipes and leach drains, whilst “keeping his eye in” by pitching in with his team when the need arises.
In addition to being a licensed Plumbing Tradesperson and an accredited Estimator, Adam holds a range of other licenses and certifications including a Gasfitting Permit, an Asbestos Disposal Licence, a certificate for EnviroWest
Sustainability in Plumbing, as well as being the holder of a Worksafe White Card and accredited for Working Safely at Heights.
Adam is a devoted father of two young boys (and a dog), and enjoys fishing and motor bike riding in his spare time and is a proud supporter of the West Coast Eagles.

He has also completed Train-The-Trainer certification and holds a Cert 3 in Frontline Management.
While his skill set is as diverse as the services our company provides, Chris’s primary responsibility at Kalamunda Plumbing is management of Maintenance Services, Staff Training and OH&S Coordination. Chris makes sure that Kalamunda Plumbing is able to deliver optimum service by pitching in as necessary with his award winning team of service techs.
Chris enjoys his free time scuba diving, boating and fishing, riding his motor bike and relaxing with his mates.
Clayton Rybka (“Clayto”)
Clayton started his plumbing career at Kalamunda Plumbing as an apprentice in 2009. After completing his apprenticeship, he “left the nest” to try his hand at commercial plumbing at Leeway Plumbing before returning early in 2014 after finding that “maintenance plumbing is in my blood”.
Clayton has developed a broad range of skills and expertise in plumbing, drainage and water heater installations and repairs (he’s one of our solar water heater specialists); however his primary talent is problem solving and in particular the clearing and repairing of blocked (or damaged) drain lines, including “no dig pipe patching”. Clayton enjoys all aspects of maintenance plumbing and gets a kick from being “a day-maker” for the many clients he serves each day and who ask for him by name. Clayton holds a WA Worksafe White Card and EWP Operators Licence.
On his days off, Clayton enjoys 4WDriving, fishing and camping. He’s also an unapologetic supporter of the West Coast Eagles.
Cameron Denn (“Cam”)
Cameron is a licensed tradesperson who holds a gas fitting permit, Worksafe White Card and Working Safely at Heights accreditation.
He’s been working safely at and continually mastering his trade since 2010 and completed his apprenticeship with Kalamunda Plumbing in 2013. Cameron enjoys working with his hands and employing analytical thinking to solve drain related problems.
In his spare time, Cameron has numerous interests and hobbies, including fishing and 4WDriving, motorbike riding, camping and supporting the Fremantle Dockers. He also plays footy for the Kalamunda Cougars.
Scott started a school based plumbing apprenticeship whilst attending Lumen Christi College in 2011 before transferring to Kalamunda Plumbing in 2012.
After completing his apprenticeship, he also left to try his hand at commercial plumbing, before returning midway through 2016 after finding that he missed the Team and the customers at Kalamunda Plumbing.
Scott enjoys working in the plumbing industry and applying his ever expanding skill set to the daily challenges which come with the job.
His experience makes him a valuable “floater” in the Team as he regularly switches between installation projects, service work and breakdown repairs.
Scott is the holder of a Gasfitting Permit, Backflow Prevention Licence, WA Worksafe White Card and Working Safely at Heights accreditation.
On the weekend Scott enjoys fishing, camping, 4 WDriving, motor bike riding and spending time with his girlfriend.
