Thanks to You, We’ve Done it Again!
The year 2016 will be remembered positively by us for numerous reasons, and now we have some icing on the cake to make the memories that much sweeter.
As the year was winding down, Kalamunda Plumbing geared up for two award presentations on successive weekends. We attended each one not knowing what was in store for us, and yet walked away with two additional customer-driven awards.
Ultimately, taking the best possible care of you and your residential or commercial plumbing needs is all the reward we need. But it’s still an honour and thrill to be acknowledged by your peers and colleagues for achievements above and beyond.

2016 OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Awarded by the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce
This award specifically recognises a business of any size demonstrating exceptional customer service. Nominations may come from happy customers who feel they have received exceptional service, good client follow-up and were treated courteously.
At Kalamunda Plumbing, these are the cornerstones of our business, and we don’t leave them to chance. Instead, our entire customer service team routinely meets to discuss matters of mutual interest, like how we can better meet customers’ needs, what more we can do to ease their concerns, and how best to ensure that our pledge of 100% customer satisfaction has been met.

Awarded by the Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Association of WA and ATCO Gas Australia
MPGA Award recipients are determined by a jury of their peers who deliberated over award submissions received from numerous plumbing companies in Western Australia. Ultimately, they decided that one company alone was deserving of the Customer Service Award for 2016: Kalamunda Plumbing. We’re honoured by their selection and will continue to pay heed to the high standards we set for ourselves…the same standards that MPA believes we have mastered.
